And the dwarves cannot overcome the might of the lizardmen. What is it in the swamp water that makes them so mighty?

I find your story a little bumpy in the last pages. I mean, why the dwarves took the halfling prisoner? Why did they went & attack the lizardmen camp? How come everybody finds each other so easily? Are they like just one street ahead of distance from the keep?
Feels like Game of Thrones last seasons teleportations. I presume you try to reach some interesting point in your history, but if you fast to much it gets confusing.
Anyway, good work all around mate. Just my 2 cents.

Interesting, Maybe I am zipping around a little bit. But to give you some of my thoughts. The Dwarves took Sarkin prisoner to try to bargain some sort of interaction or romance or hostage exchange for Frya. Maybe I didn't make that clear enough. Also the Dwarf brothers ARE supposed to be more like murder hobos and just acting a little more like PCs that just run amok. Thanks for the input.

The Keep on the Borderlands wilderness map isn't very big, something like 2 or 3 square miles. It's not hard for people to find each other considering there's only like 4 or 5 locations of note on the map. Just like on a gaming table I allow for people to find each other easily to move the story forward. I'm not sure how interesting it would be to show panels of people just walking around, but maybe I can add something to show some of the travel involved.

Maybe it's just a matter of small textboxes, saying how much time passed, or explaining situations.

See in those story lines I mentioned, there is no transition between combating the cultists, making the halfling a captive, deciding to kill (be killed) be lizardmen

Happens a little with Illerya & Cullyn, they go from keep to camp like if they are a street ahead, or no time passed. Makes no much sense if they are fugitives from a Fort full of idle guards.

Thanks for the input! I find text boxes saying things like "A few hours later" or "just up the street" redundant. You may find it annoying, but it looks like you are not confused as to what is going on. That said I am moving this comic to it's own host and I'm making corrections along the way, like the I drew Bugbears with horns thing. I will consider your input when I catch up to this point over there.

They are not ALL fugitives, some of the PCs are fugitives and the rest are under suspicion. The characters talked about that several times so far.
