I like this page because I felt it was important for the reader to see the roster of the good guys and the bad guys at this moment. It looks like I'm beginning to have too many characters.

I like the use of tension, you can feel the adrenaline, especially if your party has ever been in a "flee or die" situation where they also don't even know what they're fleeing INTO.

Thanks! I wish I could post it faster. Too much to do around here these days.

Man, this heroic flight is so damn familiar from my PC's time in the Caves.

The party is hitting the Caves of Chaos out of order, so that ends up having a major effect on how it all plays out in the end.

I'm sorry, there are a lot of characters now. Am I correct that all of the bandits they worked with to free the prisoners have no side with the bald-headed 'hero' from B2? Or have the bandits split? I see two with the bugbears, humanoids, and 'hero' but I think some of those wth the party were also bandits? I'll need to go back I guess...

The Hero was allied with the Bandits. The Hero, bandits and the bugbears turned against the party, and some of the NPCs that were incarcerated with the Hero allied with the party. It gets resolved soon enough, I realized there was a huge accumulation of characters here and I started trimming things down.

I don't mind the number of characters. But, I am also always partial to the ones who have been around longest over the new ones.

I agree, but the dice and the module go where they may.

Horror on the Hill and Keep on the Borderlands are the same universe. A Duel in Padua is a whole different thing. Link me the video review when it's posted. :)
